Aimee (she/her) is a registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist dedicated to providing a space where all feel welcome and supported. Aimee has additionally undertaken extra training in cometic acupuncture.
In Aimee’s early teens, a visit to a holistic healer sparked a deep curiosity about the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. That experience planted the seed for a lifelong interest in holistic healing, eventually leading her to study Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) alongside training as a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner.
Aimee values the spiritual and philosophical foundations of TCM, recognising that physical and emotional health are deeply interconnected, and that true healing unfolds when both the tangible and subtle aspects of wellbeing are supported.
Whether supporting someone through mental health challenges, hormonal or gynaecological conditions, or nervous system dysregulation, Aimee’s intention is to help restore harmony across mind, body, and spirit so her patients can feel more regulated, resilient, and at ease within themselves.
Aimee’s Areas of Interest
– Gynecological conditions (amenorrhoea, PCOS, endometriosis)
– Mental health support (anxiety, depression, PTSD)

Treatments with Aimee
An integrative, patient-centered approach is brought to her work, drawing on the strengths of Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside Reiki and yoga-informed principles to support each person as a whole. Her priority is creating a calm, grounded, and trauma-aware space where you feel heard, respected, and supported; a genuinely inclusive environment where all are welcome. Every consultation is individually tailored and guided by your goals, with treatments designed to gently regulate the nervous system, improve sleep and digestion, ease pain, and support mental, emotional, and energetic balance.
