Oil cleansing works by ‘like dissolves like’. Plant based oils with a similar composition to our skin’s own sebum (oil), bind to and dissolve excess sebum that has mixed with daily grime, sweat and make-up. All you need to do is simply wipe it away with a warm, damp cloth.

As our body’s sebum production works on a negative feedback loop, the more we strip away, the more the body produces, resulting in perpetually greasy skin. Using an oil cleanser stops this overcompensatory loop, leaving your face soft, nourished and clean without disrupting your natural balance.

Key ingredients include honeysuckle and chrysanthemum, chosen for their powerful antibacterial and antimicrobial properties along with our favourite lightweight oils jojoba, watermelon and safflower seed. Full of vitamin E, antioxidants and essential omegas these oils absorb easily into the skin, dissolving grime and nourishing the skin as they go.

TO USE:

Deep Cleanse: Apply 3 pumps to clean fingers. Press into dry skin and massage gently to dissolve impurities and makeup. Hold a warm, damp cloth to your face for a moment to help open the pores before wiping clean.

Dry Cleanse: Apply 3-5 pumps to a reusable makeup round or soft cloth. Wipe the round, oil side down, across the face in upwards, circular motions to remove makeup and grime. Change the round as needed.

Leave on face oil: If you are not into having a million products on your shelves this oil can double as a moisturising leave-on face oil. After cleansing your skin, warm a few drops between your fingertips and press onto your face and neck, gently massaging upwards and outwards until absorbed.
