INGREDIENTS: Ginger, Cassia, Green Cardamom, Fennel Seeds, Star Anise, Cloves, & Black Peppercorns.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place 2 tsp of Chai Spice into a saucepan and dry fry until fragrant.
Add 1⁄2 cup of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for a minute or so - the longer you simmer, the spicier it will be.
Add 1⁄2 cup of milk and return to the boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 1 tsp of tea leaves.
Steep to your desired strength. Strain into a mug and add honey to taste.
Our teas have a shelf life of 2 years.
