Q.Essence Organic Tea – Harmonising (50g)

A delicious blend of organic peppermint, fennel, chrysanthemum and licorice this is one of our most popular blends. Designed to both soothe the Liver Qi and support digestion this is the perfect blend for a variety of situations. We recommend enjoying a cup after a heavy meal or to curb sugar cravings. It can be also taken to ease voice strain or to sooth a sore throat.

A good choice for those suffering from hay fever and allergies.

INGREDIENTS: Peppermint, licorice, fennel & chrysanthemum

INSTRUCTIONS:

Place 1-2 tsp in a tea pot or cup with a strainer. Pour in boiling water. Let brew for 1-3 minutes. Flavour will vary depending on strength.
